What inspired the founding of your brand?
The founding of our brands was inspired by the belief that medicine should not have adverse side effects, harm the environment, or be too expensive. We wanted to create brands that could harness plants' natural and powerful health properties. That's why we founded Arrowleaf Naturals. Talk about a roadblock or a challenge you faced as a business owner; have you overcome this? If so, please tell us how you did or how you're working on it.
As a brand, one roadblock we have faced is the tendency of many consumers to immediately reach for chewable tablets or other products because they taste better or are easier to take. While these products may be convenient, we believe herbal tinctures are more bioavailable, fast-acting, and effective. Our challenge has been to get this message across to consumers and to convince them to try our tinctures, which may not be as palatable as other products.
To overcome this challenge, we have been honest about the taste of our tinctures in our tagline, "Bitter is Better." We believe that the benefits of our tinctures outweigh any temporary discomfort from their taste, and we have found that this honesty has helped to build trust with our customers. We have also worked to educate consumers about the benefits of herbal tinctures and the reasons why they may be a better choice for specific health concerns. While it has not been easy, we are dedicated to promoting the benefits of herbal tinctures and helping our customers find the most effective solutions for their health needs.
